The term amoebiasis is a condition of harbourng Entamobeba histolytica with or without clinical manifestation. Amoebiasis may be intedtinal or extra-intestinal.The intestinal amoebiasis manifests symptoms of amoebic dysentary , non-dysenteric colitis, amoeboma and amoebic appendictis bringing about many complication like intestinal perforation, peritionitis and haemorrhage. The Extra-intestinal amoebiasis occurs in the liver,lungs brain,spleen,and skin etc. The more common among these is hepatic amoebasis. Amoebiasis is estimated to affect 10% of the world's population and 15% of Indian population.The causative agent, E.histolytica  is a lumen-dwelling protozoon parasite and exists in two forms : 1) rtophozoite or manga or feeding stage . 2) Cystic or minuta or infective stage. FILARIASIS : TREATMENT, PREVENTION AND CONTROL

It is a disease caused by a digenetic nematode parasite Wuchereria bancrofti which is transmitted to human by mosquitoes like like Culex, Aedes or Anopheles. The diseases causes lymphoedema (lymphatic obstruction of lymphatic vessels and glands) lymphadenitis (infection of lymph nodes), lymphangitis (infection of lymph vessels), elephantiasis (enormous enlargement of scrotum, feet, hands, legs, etc.) The life cycle is completed in two hosts is human and the secondary or intermediate host is a female mosquito (usually Culex pipiens ). There is a distinct sexual dimorphism in the parasite. The male worm measure 80-100 in lenth and 0.1 mm diameter. The female is viviparous and gives birth to as many 50,000 microfilariea per day. The microfilariae find their way into the blood stream where they live up to 70 days without any developmental changes. Millions of people die of malaria every year, especially in tropical and subtropical regions. In india alone, it annually costs about half a million lives. Malaria is caused by a protozoan parasite, Plasmodium, which is transmitted by a vector, female anopheles mosquito. The parasite was first discover by Charles Laveran (1880). Sir ronald Ross, a doctor in the India army, first observed oocysts of plasmodium in female anopheles.    Symptoms : Clinical symptoms of the disease are chill, fever with period of latency, enlargment of sleepen and secondary anemia. A typical attack of malaria comprises three successive stages. 1. Typhoid fever (enteric fever) is a life threatening disease caused by the bacterium, Salmonella typhil . This fever is contracted by the ingestion of the bacteria-contaminated food or water. Typhoid fever is still common in the developing world, where it affects about 21.5 million person every year (1 million in India. Patients with acute typhoid fever may contaminated the surrounding water through defection. The bacterium multiples in the gall bladder, bile ducks and liver and passes into the bowel. A cup of coffee may work as magic and help people remain more alert as well as together as a team. According to the research, people who drink coffee beforehand,gave more possetive reviews for their group's  performance on a task and their own contribution. Coffee seems to work its magic in team by making people more alert, said Amit sing ,from the Ohio state University Not surprisingly, people who drank caffeinated coffee tended to be more alert .We found that increased alertness was what led to the positive result for team performance.The result were based on twin studies published in the journal of psychopharmacology, involving over 100 students. It is celebrating with the belief of mother earth  menstruates for three days celebration from the date of 14 june as Pahili Raja (ପହିଲି ରଜ), date of 15 june is Mithuna Sankrati ( ମିଥୁନ ସକ୍ରାଂନ୍ତି ) and 16 june is Basi Raja (ବାସି ରଜ) or Bhu Dana (ଭୁ ଦାନ ). In these three days all are celebrating Raja with full of joy and amazement. For these three days, there are no any agricultural activities like ploughing or sowing takes place as mother earth is expected to be going through rejuvenation.  Celebration of Raja  In the "Sajabaja (ସଜବାଜ୍)"(before raja) Raja Festival girls are wear new and fashionable dresses and use makup and Alta in the feet to look themselves charming and so beautiful.
